Southville Blood Donor Sessions

The Southville Centre will be used by the blood donor service on the following dates - therefore unless advised otherwise, lessons on these dates are cancelled:-

TAGB Squad Training Sessions

National squad training is based in Nottingham at Bilborough Sports Centre and is open to anyone who has a full set of TAGB sparring equipment and a valid TAGB licence. You must also be training regularly with your instructor. It is a 2.5 hour session generally starting with an hours physical fitness, moving on to padwork and sparring. It is an excellent opportunity to train and spar with some of the best semi-contact fighters not only in the TAGB but in the world.

Are you good enough for the TEAM?

Sessions are held at Bilborough Sports Centre, Bilborough Road, Nottingham NG8 4DQ. Times 10:30 - 1:00, cost £5.

Black Belt Training and Grading Information

Patterns Courses: All grades 10 am (Arrive 30 mins early for registration)
Black Belt Training: All Black Belts 10am - 12pm 1st Kups 12pm - 2pm (arrive 30mins early for registration)
Black Belt Training: All Black Belts MUST attend 1 Black Belt training session or patterns course every 6 months (1 in the first part of the year and 1 in the second)
Course Application forms MUST be handed in to your instructor 5 weeks prior to the course, with the relevant course fee.
Tournaments Officials: All Black Belts 16 years and above must attend 2 tournaments per year as an official this must include 1 national. Black Belt licence books must be taken to these events for signing.
Black Belt licence Books MUST be taken to all Patterns Courses & Black Belt Trainings Sessions for signing.
Your up to date licence slip MUST be in your book. NO BOOK & LICENCE SLIP, NO TRAINING.
