Syllabus
I was going to spend ages putting together all the theory (Korean/patterns and pattern meanings/set sparring etc) needed for revision prior to gradings. But then I saw the official TAGB version (courtesy Mr Andy Tombling), which in my opinion is excellent; it has explanations for everything you need to know, plus a really good theory test, so why reinvent the wheel? Follow this link for all your last minute swotting needs...

You can now see the new West of England TAGB Sparring Patterns Video; performed by
Mr Chris Barrett sixth dan. This video demonstrates the newly devised sparring patterns - five different drills showing three different punches and a total of five different kicks performed in set routines. These drills are to be used as 'linework' exercises in class.
