These take place in the school hall at Ashton Park School, Blackmoors Lane, Bower Ashton, Bristol BS3 2JL
Ashton Park is the newest of our clubs – it started up in 2002 at the Southville Centre, moving recently to the Ashton Park school, and has grown to be one of our largest and most popular clubs. The club has a really good mix of men and women (and boys and girls!), plus a good age range, and now has a number of it’s own ‘home grown’ black belts as well as those who visit regularly from the other clubs. Located in a young and vibrant community, the Ashton Park club definitely has our most active social scene, with regular after training ‘get togethers’ (that’s one way of describing them anyway!). We’re a very friendly bunch and we love welcoming new beginners into the club.

Entrance Procedures During Covid Pandemic
All students should read our club guidelines for returning to training during the covid pandemic – parents please ensure your children understand what is expected of them.
Students should arrive no earlier than five minutes before the start of their session. Please enter directly into the school hall using the fire doors. Please put your outside shoes (yoga mats / towels for adults) and drinks in the refectory – please ensure you leave a 2 metre gap between student’s belonging to help with social distancing. Wherever possible, parents should not enter the school, no parents or spectators are allowed in the dojang.
Please remember to adhere to social distancing when entering and exiting the dojang. Please use the hand sanitizer upon entry. We will train in the traditional grade rows, but with more space! Find a marked spot on the floor according to your grade.
Parents are asked to arrive five minutes before the end of your child’s session, and wait outside the fire exit of the main hall (see photo). Please remember to socially distance whilst waiting! Children will be asked to leave 1 by 1.
