I am pleased to announce that we are resuming training in Hengrove Park Leisure Centre (sports hall) on Mondays and Wednesdays starting on Monday September 6th.
Kids classes 5-6pm
Adults classes 6.10-7.25pm (these times for both Mondays AND Wednesdays)
When the numbers warrant it, a senior class will resume.
Get your doboks out (if they still fit, shorts and T shirt if not!) and let’s get going. With the new freedoms allowed by the Revolution, it is going to be good!

Blackbelt Grading Saturday November 6th at Ashton Park. 1pm. Interested – ask for a form.
The ITC Southern Open Championships – Saturday 4th December in Swindon (more details to follow).
